Keavil House Hotel brought to market for £3m

Keavil House Hotel in the Scottsh village of Crossford has been brought to the market for an asking price of over £3m.

The venue, which has been opened since the 1980s, houses 70 guest bedrooms, a restaurant, and extensive conference and banqueting facilities which can cater for large functions for up to 250 people.

The hotel which was recently refurbished in 2017 also holds a purpose-built, free-standing health and fitness club also situated on the estate offering  an extensive range of health, leisure and casual dining facilities.

It is believed that the hotel’s owners are placing the building on sale so they can seek retirement.

Jeremy Jones, head of hotel brokerage at Christie and Co who is heading the sale said: “The hotel has been well-maintained with continual investment and upgrades.

“The elegant bedrooms are well equipped to meet the demands generated from the corporate and leisure guests, as well as the many weddings attracted to the business. We anticipate strong interest from a wide range of buyers for this substantial freehold hotel where we are seeking £3,250,000.”
